Keystone's 20th Fall Festival- A Huge Success! New York, New York was A Night To Remember!

On Saturday, November 9th, hundreds of Keystone community members gathered on campus to celebrate the 20th annual Fall Festival. This year’s theme was New York, New York!, and students, staff, alumni, and families enjoyed a perfect day.

Founded 30 years ago, Keystone Montessori has a strong commitment to the families that are part of the community, both past and present. An Alumni reunion was held in conjunction with this year's event and honored Keystone's founder, past Heads of School, staff members, and former students. Head of School, Laura Hertzler, shared, "Community is the heart of our school, and the celebration with so many alumni was a heart-warming reminder of the many lives that have been impacted by their experience at Keystone."

The festival was well underway after the Alumni reunion concluded, and Keystone's current families arrived in anticipation of the day's excitement. Games, rides, delicious food, a fabulous choir performance, and the annual all-student dance were some of the day's highlights! Development Director, Melissa Sutton, shared, “Thank you to everyone who came to the Fall Festival, visiting and playing as a community. An extra special thanks to our amazing volunteers, who made the day even better!  If you came to the event to enjoy the day, purchased a Boutique item or raffle ticket, or if you were a big winner in the Live Auction. You are the reason the Fall Festival was a huge success. Thank you!”

The Fall Festival is Keystone’s largest fundraiser of the year, and we gratefully share the news of a very successful event. Head of School, Laura Hertzler, said, “I am humbled by the outpouring of community spirit and support that was shared at our annual Fall Festival. Along with the staff at Keystone, I am so thankful to everyone who joined us for the 20th Fall Festival! Watching families come together to enjoy the festivities is one of my favorite days of the school year.”
