On December 5, Keystone was honored to welcome AMI/USA Executive Director, Ayize Sabater, and Events Director, Tim Walker. They paid a visit while in town planning for the 2024 AMI/USA Refresher Course.
AMI/USA supports commitment to continuing education, and hosts the Refresher Course annually. Professional development workshops for teachers, heads of school, and classroom assistants are offered each year over President's Day weekend. This event provides ways for educators to examine current educational structures and strategies as well as delve deeper into their knowledge and understanding of Montessori pedagogy.
While visiting, they observed in our toddler and Children’s House environments and toured the rest of the campus.
