Keystone Alumnus Helps Spearhead Charity Bicycle Event

Keystone Alumnus Helps Spearhead Charity Bicycle Event

Keystone alumnus, Will Goebel, is helping lead a bicycle drive for his Above & Beyond project with Ahwatukee Boys Team Charity (BTC), benefiting the Welcome to America Project. The Welcome to America Project helps newly arriving refugees get settled and reach independence as quickly as possible. Donated bikes are very helpful as they provide much-needed transportation. The Welcome to America Project then works to get the donated bikes into working condition and delivers them to refugee families who have recently arrived to our community.

Details for the event are listed below. Giving back to our community is an integral part of the student experience at Keystone, and we are proud to support Will's efforts.

  • Sunday 12/4, 9 am-12 pm
  • SW corner of 32nd Street and Chandler Blvd
  • Accepting donations of used bikes, helmets, and u-locks
