Keystone Celebrates Kindergarten Fly-Up

Keystone Celebrates Kindergarten Fly-Up

The Kindergarten fly-up ceremony is a time-honored tradition and marks the children’s advancement to the Lower Elementary classrooms. To celebrate Fly-Up day on campus, the school comes together to acknowledge the students moving up to the next level with the guides sharing some memories. The ceremony culminates with the children “flying up” through the Children’s House hallway to the Elementary field to signify their transition.

The move into Lower Elementary is highly anticipated for our Children’s House students. On May 17th, the Keystone Montessori Kindergarten students from the Saguaros, Prickly Pears, and Palos Verdes classrooms gathered together to celebrate a milestone on their academic journey. Joined by their families and the Keystone staff, the Kindergarten students wore their fly-up sahes and accepted congratulations for their accomplishments.

Each student received a certificate of accomplishment to mark this special occasion. Keystone would like to extend special thanks to each family for allowing us to be part of your children's lives. Guiding them through their Children's House experience has been our honor.

Keystone is proud of the Kindergarten students, and will continue to support them on their Montessori journey as they head into Lower Elementary.
