Dear Parents,
December is an exciting and busy month for everyone. We are learning about the international holidays that take place during December. The children love learning about how children all around the world celebrate the holidays and the different traditions. If you have any holiday-related books, traditions, or souvenirs that your family would like to share, please have your child bring them to the classroom. The children still enjoy singing holiday-themed songs as well. Also, the children were introduced to some Spanish vocabulary related to the holiday season.
We are fully utilizing the outdoor environment. This allows the children to take advantage of the beautiful weather while also building their practical life skills. Our outdoor environment is an extension of the classroom, so the same rules and expectations apply outside as well for enhanced consistency.
