“If we are among the men of good will who yearn for peace, we must lay the foundation for peace ourselves, by working for the social world of the child.” Maria Montessori, International Montessori Congress, 1937.

Please drop off your children at the Keystone lobby at 5:45 pm and proceed to the gym. We are kindly asking the Prickly Pears parents to dress up their children with denim pants (jeans) and white shirts for the boys and white dresses for the girls or if your daughter feels more comfortable wearing pants, please dress her up with denim pants (jeans) and a white blouse.
This week, we celebrated Jackson’s sixth birthday and sang the traditional “Happy Birthday” song in English and Spanish. Jackson shared a timeline with memorable pictures with us and delicious vanilla ice cream sandwiches. Thank you and happy birthday again Jackson! We happily welcomed Micah and Tire to our Prickly Pears Montessori community. They have been adapting smoothly with the help of their Prickly Pears classmates. Welcome again Micah and Tire! Since spring is around the corner, we are kindly asking our Prickly Pears parents to donate flower and vegetable seeds and mini succulents to invite the children to plant them in our mini pots in the outdoor environment. As always our heartfelt gratitude for your kindness and generosity.
Have a lovely weekend!
