Dear Iguana Families,We have made it through the first month of school! We are so happy with how the children have really settled in, enjoyed community, and jumped into the work cycle!We ended August with a trip to the Ironwood Library for the new students. They learned the rules of the library, where the children's section is, and how to check out books independently. They were all so happy looking through the books, reading at the library, and riding in the school van!Over the next 2 weeks, children will be bringing home their folders with completed work. Please take out their work and review it with them! This is a great way to see what they have been doing and open some dialogue about school. Folders need to be returned to school.
