May Update

Dear Families,

It is hard to believe that the end of the school year is already approaching. What a joyful year it has been, filled with meaningful learning, growth, and the blossoming of friendships within our classroom community.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our Class Keys, Christina Netherby, Daniela Kapadia, and Natalie Janus, for their dedication and generous support throughout the year. Your time, care, and involvement have meant so much to our classroom community.

The classroom potluck was a wonderful gathering. The children truly enjoyed the extra social time, and it was meaningful to see families come together in such a warm and joyful way. Thank you to our Class Keys for organizing this special event, and to all the families who joined and contributed.

The children have been introduced to the song “Stand by Me” and have been practicing with simple hand percussion. They are becoming increasingly familiar with the movements and routines while enjoying the experience together.

Bexleigh’s fourth birthday was celebrated this week. Thank you to her family for providing a special treat and for sharing this meaningful moment with our class.

We would like to recognize and congratulate our Saguaros kindergarteners: Charlotte Cross Crone, Henry James Chen, Taytum DeHaas, Evelyn DeVries, Nathan Janus, Max Moore, Rizal Ravela, Jackson Towns.

Kindergarten parents, the Fly Up Ceremony is scheduled for Tuesday, May 19 at 6:00 p.m. We warmly invite you to join us in recognizing the children’s accomplishments. Children should be dropped off at the front door at 5:45 p.m., where a teacher will escort them to their designated classroom. This is a special occasion with a touch of formality, and children are kindly asked to wear their best outfit.

We look forward to enjoying these last few weeks together and cherishing this special time as a community.

Warmly,
Ms. Yoo-Kyung
