Dear Parents,
The children are filled with excitement for the upcoming Keystone Fall Festival, which is just around the corner. This is our school’s primary fundraising event, and we warmly encourage all families to join and support our community. Our class has been practicing a special dance performance that they are eager to share with you and their friends. I hope to see everyone there!
I am also delighted to share that our Lego Basket and auction project are complete and beautifully displayed in the front lobby. The class project, the Saguaro Cactus Frame, turned out absolutely stunning, and the Lego Basket looks magnificent. A heartfelt thank you to Shawn Netherby (Remy’s dad) for crafting the beautiful frame for our classroom project. We are so grateful for everyone’s generous contributions to both the auction and raffle basket. We could not have done it without your support.
As we move into November, our class will be reflecting on the many blessings in our lives. The children will learn about the history and meaning of Thanksgiving and will have opportunities to share what they feel thankful for. We will also be learning a few new seasonal songs together.
Lastly, we recently celebrated Teddy’s fourth birthday. Thank you to Teddy and his family for bringing a special treat to share with his classmates. It was such a joyful celebration.
With gratitude,
Ms. Yoo-Kyung
