Hello Iguana Families,
Our older students received the lesson of the Bank Game. They have really enjoyed this lesson in math. Some other students have been working on Communitive Property and Area/Perimeter. The children have been excited about the lesson of Perimeter and Area and they have been measuring objects around the classroom and outside. Some researches and presentations that were given this week were: Big Foot, Madagascar Gecko, Pacific Manta, Snowy Owl and Pudu.
Our Family Potluck is coming up! This is such a fun time for the children, parents, and teachers. Please join us on December 7th for a Chili Potluck at the Desert Foothills Park from 5:30-7:00. Our Key Parents have sent out an email to RSVP and sign up for something to bring. We cant wait to see you all there!
Today we are sending home Friday Folders with some students. When they bring home their folders, please make sure to empty the work out with your child and to have them bring back their folders to school.
