Parent Volunteer Requirements

In order to Volunteer in the classroom:

• Attend the volunteer training (held every August)
• Complete, sign and return the General Guidelines for Volunteers document
• Complete the Fingerprint Clearance Card process

If interested in driving for Going Outs and Field Trips:

• Complete all items listed for classroom volunteer
• Provide a copy of a current Arizona Driver’s License
• Provide a copy of your Driver License Record (39 Month Uncertified Motor Vehicle Record)
• Provide a copy of the Certificate of Insurance from your insurance company with the required bodily injury, liability and underinsured and uninsured coverage ($250,000 per person, $500,000 per accident) emailed to sue@keystonemontessori.com or faxed to (480) 283-8402.
