Ms. Amie is an Arizona native. She loves camping, hiking, reading, writing and going to ASU football games! She received her Montessori Lower Elementary certification from the Center for Montessori Teachers Education in 2004. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University and a Master’s in Education from Ottawa University. She also holds an Arizona State Teaching certificate. Her family consists of her husband Mike (whom the students and I refer to as Mr. Mrs. Amie) and her daughters Cecilia 15, and Meaghan 9. This will be Ms. Amie's 9th year in a Montessori classroom and her 7th year at Keystone. In addition to her experience as a Montessori guide, she is also a proud Montessori parent and the spouse of a former Montessori student.
